France may have lost the last FIFA World Cup, but a Frenchman took top honours at the first unofficial Freestyle Soccer World Cup: Arnaud "Séan" Garnier is the winner of Red Bull Street Style. An interview with the winner.

You were already one of the favourites before the finals. How did you feel heading into the final showdown?

I was nervous, but I wasn't going to let anything disturb my concentration. So I didn't think about things too much and just did what came into my mind.

Your rivals are full of praise for your charisma and creativity. What do you see as your greatest strength?

Probably my versatility. My performances are never boring.

What did you learn about yourself and about freestyle in Sao Paolo?

I learned that everyone has his own style and should remain true to it – and that applies both to freestyle and day-to-day life.

How do you think – or hope – that winning Red Bull Street Style might change your life?

I've no idea. I'll be training again tomorrow, just as normal. So in that respect, at least, not a lot will change.
